岗位职责:
1、 负责海外工厂所有项目的采购管理工作,包括寻源、索样申请及供方管理;基于项目的具体要求,确保项目以最优的成本满足持续交付;
Responsible for purchasing management of all projects in overseas factories, including sourcing, sample application, and supplier management; based on project specific requirement, ensure continuous project delivery at the optimal cost;
2、 在项目团队内独立协调和实施采购项目, 主导项目团队与供应商进行商业和技术要求相关的交流会议;
Independent coordination and implementation of purchasing projects within a project team, conduct meetings with the project team and supplier to clarify commercial and technical requirements;
3、 协调总部及本地物流商完成总部发运设备及物料的本地清关工作;
Coordinate with the HQ and local logistics provider to complete customs clearance for equipment and materials shipped from the HQ;
4、 协调总部和本地供应商解决工厂的来料质量问题;
Coordinate with the HQ and local suppliers to resolve quality issues in factories;、
5、 制订本地工厂的月度/季度/年度付款计划,确保供应商货款结算的及时性。
Develop monthly/quarterly/annual payment plans for local factories to ensure the timeliness of supplier payment settlement.
任职资格:
1) 供应链或电子相关专业本科及以上学历,有海外采购经验优先
Full-time Bachelor degree or above in supply chain or electronics, overseas purchasing experience is preferred.
2) 电子、电气类相关行业采购经验,熟悉电子元器件、结构件等
Purchasing Experience within electronics or electrical filed, familiar with semiconductor or structural components;
3)沟通协调能力、团队合作意识较强,有商务资源和管理经验优先;
Strong communication skills and sense of teamwork, commercial resources or management experience is preferred.
4)Flexibility of business trips both domestic and international, be able to have night conference with global team.
5)Fluent English skills in both written and spoken. Spanish or Portuguese is preferred.
6)Be result driven, self-motivated, and proactive working attitude.
