Responsibilities
• Property valuation duties including local or site inspections in other provinces, collection and analysis of information.
• Valuing different types of properties, including residential apartments, shopping malls, office buildings and industrial premises.
• Preparing valuation report.
• Assist to complete the market research report.
• Other ad-hoc tasks.
Person Specification
• Fresh graduate with relevant degree, relevant working experience with a proven valuation track record will be an advantage.
• Good command of English
• Familiar with MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Analytical, detail-orientated and strong sense of responsibility.
• Willing to travel frequently within China.
