工作内容:
1. 体系搭建与合规管理：建立/完善环境（E）、安全（S）、健康（H）管理体系，确保符合国家法规及公司制度，组织内部审计与合规性评估。
System Building and Compliance Management: Establish and improve the Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) management system to ensure compliance with national laws and company policies. Organize internal audits and compliance assessments.
2.安全风险防控：识别生产/办公区域安全隐患，制定防控措施，起草部门活动的安全操作规程和指导说明，组织安全培训（如消防、应急演练），处理安全事故并跟进整改措施。
Safety Risk Prevention and Control: Identify safety hazards in production and office areas, develop prevention and control measures, drafting of safety operating procedures and instructions for department activities, organize safety training (such as fire and emergency drills), handle safety accidents, and follow up on corrective actions.
3.环境管理：监控废水、废气、固废等污染物排放情况，推进节能减排、垃圾分类等环保项目，确保通过环保部门检查。
Environmental Management: Monitor the discharge of pollutants such as waste water, waste gas, and solid waste. Promote energy conservation, emission reduction, waste classification, and other environmental protection projects to ensure passing inspections by environmental protection authorities.
4.职业健康保障：统筹员工体检、职业病预防，优化工作环境（如噪音、粉尘控制），建立员工健康档案。
Occupational Health Protection: Coordinate employee physical examinations and occupational disease prevention, optimize the working environment (such as noise and dust control), and establish employee health records.
5.跨部门协同与监督：对接行政、生产、HR等部门，推动EHS工作落地，监督各部门执行情况，定期向管理层汇报。
Cross-departmental Collaboration and Supervision: Collaborate with administration, production, HR, and other departments to promote the implementation of EHS work. Supervise the performance of each department and report regularly to management.
6. 审核：确保ISO 45001和ISO 14001认证体系的维护与改进，依据ISO 45001和ISO 14001标准开展内部审核，运用持续改进工具优化流程。
