岗位职责

Role & Responsibilities

· 根据区域销售经理制定的销售计划，全面具体地负责管理指定地区的销售工作；

· 掌握所辖地区的市场动态和发展趋势，并根据市场变化情况作出具体的区域营销计划；

· 负责所辖区域内的客户管理，与该地区主要客户建立长期稳定的合作关系；

· 负责所辖区域在产品销售过程中的各种突发事件的协调、处理；

· 完成上级领导交办的其他任务

· In accordance with the sales plan formulated by the regional sales manager, be comprehensively and specifically responsible for managing the sales work in the designated area.

· Keep abreast of the market dynamics and development trends in the area under your jurisdiction, and formulate specific regional marketing plans based on the changes in the market situation.

· Be responsible for customer management within the area under your jurisdiction, and establish long-term and stable cooperative relationships with the major customers in that area.

· Be responsible for coordinating and handling various emergencies that occur during the product sales process in the area under your jurisdiction.

任职要求

Requirements

• 3 年以上建材行业相关工作经验；
• 良好的客户关系维护与开发能力；
• 良好的Office软件应用。
• 专科以上学历
• More than 3 years of relevant working experience in the building
  materials industry.
• Possess good abilities in maintaining and developing customer
  relationships.
• Be proficient in using Office software.
