Job Description 岗位职责

Work closely with colleagues to provide evidence-based
quality ophthalmic technical support for diagnostic procedures in outpatient
setting. 与同事密切合作，在门诊工作中，积极提供以循证医学为基础的优质眼科检查和技术支持。

Able to operate ophthalmic equipment (e.g., slit lamp,
OCT,visual field analyzer, corneal topographer, fundus camera) for preliminary
assessments. 能够独立操作专业设备（如裂隙灯、OCT、视野计、角膜地形图、眼底照相等），完成眼科检查。

Perform refractive tests (tonometry,
pachymetry,autorefraction) with precision documentation. 执行标准化屈光检查（验光、眼压测量、角膜厚度检测等），精准记录数据。

Accomplish other tasks assigned by superior. 完成上级布置的其他任务。

Qualifications 任职要求

Diploma/Degree in Medical Technology, Optometry or
Nursing.Certification as COA/COT preferred. 医学技术、视光学或护理相关专科以上学历，持验光师/技师资格证优先。

Minimum 3 years in ophthalmic clinical support,proficiency
with advanced ophthalmic and be skilled in children's optometry devices. 3年以上眼科临床技术支持经验，熟悉高端眼科设备操作，擅长儿童验光操作。

Strong command of English and/or Mandarin (other languages
are a plus) 英语和普通话流利（如若有其他语言能力优先考虑）。

Flexible with clinic/hospital locations and clinical

hours(extended day shift or weekend shift) 接收灵活的诊所/医院工作地点和临床工作时间（如延长日班或周末班）。

Good service consciousness and communication skills. 较好的服务意识和沟通能力。

Ability to work in a collaborative team environment 较好的团队合作。

Ability to work in a multi-culture, multi-discipline
environment 胜任多学科的工作模式和多元化工作环境。
