一. 岗位职责/SCOPE OF THE POSITION:

质量工程师负责协调所有业务流程中的质量管理体系程序，执行体系审核工作，并在公司内部支持持续改进的理念。

The Quality Engineer coordinates Quality Management System procedures in all business processes, performs system audits and supports the continuous improvement philosophy within company.

二. 工作的基本职责/ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THE POSITION:

1.从质量管理方面执行项目任务分配，以达成与质量体系、产品及过程质量以及成本相关的项目目标和进度安排。

Execute project assignments from Quality Management to attain project objectives and schedules as related to the quality system, product and process quality and cost.

2. 制定并维护质量管理体系的政策手册、程序和说明，以确保我们拥有一个协同运作良好的业务系统，从而持续提升客户满意度、业务绩效、流程以及人员发展水平。

Create and maintain the policy manual, procedures, and instructions for the Quality Management System that integrates well with the DPS (Deublin Production System) to help ensure we have one business system that works well together to continuously improve customer satisfaction, business performance, processes and people development.

3. 执行审核工作，维护审核计划。

Perform audits, maintain audit schedule.

4. 根据质量及交付要求，并依照国际标准，规划并开展供应商访问及新供应商资格审核工作。

Plan and conduct supplier visits and new supplier qualification audits based on quality and delivery requirements and in conformance with international standards.

5. 完成客户要求的各项任务，例如产品资质审核、保修检查、质量调查以及生产/材料认证请求等。

Complete customer required tasks such as product qualifications, warranty inspections, quality surveys, and production/material certification requests.

6. 通过运用 8D 补救措施以及实际问题解决方法来解决过程和产品质量问题。Solve process and product quality problems by using 8D corrective actions and practical problem solving methods.

7. 维护纠正措施体系。加快供应商解决通过不合格报告（NCR）记录的零部件质量问题的速度，包括供应商的遏制措施和纠正措施。

Maintain corrective action system. Expedite supplier resolution of part quality problems as documented through Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs), including supplier containment and corrective actions.

8. 维护质量管理评审指标，并按照计划进行评审。

Maintain quality management review metrics and conduct reviews per schedule.

9. 运用恰当的统计工具收集并分析数据，从而做出有效的决策。协助执行和分析过程能力、SPC 控制图以及 MSA 研究。

Collect and analyze data using appropriate statistical tools to make valid decisions. Assists in performing and analyzing process capability, SPC control charts, and MSA studies.

10. 分析并确定不合格材料的原因。提出适当的纠正和预防措施建议。

Analyze and determine nonconforming material causes. Recommend appropriate corrective and preventive actions.

11.分析产品退货情况，以确定产品设计或工艺流程方面的改进需求。

Analyze product returns to determine product design or process modification needs.

12.评估并维护内部质量跟踪系统。

Assess and maintain internal quality tracking systems.

13.承担其他交办的相关工作。

Perform other related duties as assigned.

三. 职位的基本要求/ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS FOR THE POSITION:

1. 五年以上在制造、工程或质量保证方面的工作经验，且这些经验是在一家在全球范围内运营的工业制造企业中积累的。

5+ years of experience in manufacturing, engineering, or quality assurance experience in a globally operating industrial manufacturing environment.

2. 对铸件（铁、铝和黄铜）、钢材（棒材和锻件）、机械加工、轴承、电气元件以及密封件等领域的深入了解。

In-depth knowledge of castings (iron, aluminum, and brass), steel (bar stock and
forgings), machining, bearings, electrical components, and seals.

3. 产品及制造流程、方法以及检验技术方面的专业知识。

Expertise in product and manufacturing processes, methodologies, and inspection techniques.

4. 供应商审核、评估及开发方面的专业能力必须出色。

High competence in supplier audits, evaluations and developments is a must.

5. 能够阅读并解读机械和电气部件的图纸，包括公差、表面处理、零件视图、英制与公制单位的差异以及类似内容。

Ability to read and interpret drawings for mechanical and electrical parts, including tolerances, surface finishes, part views, imperial vs. metric units, and similar.

6. 具备与测量系统一致性研究、统计过程控制（SPC）、潜在失效模式及后果分析（PFMEA）、生产件批准程序（PPAP）、产品先期规划（APQP）或过程能力指数（CPK）相关的工具和流程方面的经验。

Experience in tools and processes related to gage R&R studies, SPC, PFMEA, PPAP, APQP, or CPK.

7. 具备 REACH、ROHS 及 EHS（环境、健康与安全）、网络安全以及公司治理相关要求的工作知识。

Working knowledge of REACH, ROHS, and EHS, Cyber Security and Corporate Governance requirements.

8. 本科以上学历，工程相关专业。

Bachelor's degree of Engineering or above

9. 良好的英语听说读写能力。

Flute English in spoken and written.
