Mission Statement
To drive excellence in PID design and process control, ensuring the highest standards of safety and reliability while optimizing operational performance.
Responsibilities
Issue PIDs for all projects by gathering information from relevant engineers and define the major protection loops on the PID.
Define design pressure of all circuits, determining procedure of plant, and size the utilities network (IA, NS).
Issue piping lists and check/approve sub-supplier’s PIDs.
Support site commissioning, machine specialists, and the proposal of machines.
Attend review meetings with related professionals (PFD, PID freeze, clients, etc.).
Ensure projects comply with expected safety, reliability, and performance standards (Senior PID Engineer); Coach and support team members on technical issues (Senior PID Engineer).
从相关工程师处收集资料以出具PID；
确定各回路的设计压力；
确定空分设备的加温流程；
确定PID主要保护回路；
出具管道清单；
确保所有项目设计符合预期的安全性、可靠性和良好性能；(资深PID工程师)
指导和协助其他组员解决技术方面问题; (资深PID工程师)
检查并批准下一级供应商的PID；
拟出控制策略；
为现场调试提供技术支持；
对机器工程师和机器报价提供技术支持；
出席相关专业的审核会议（PFD、PID审核会，客户沟通会等）。
Qualifications
Bachelor degree or above, majored in chemical engineering, chemical mechanic, automation, or cryogenic relevant field.
5 years of working experience in ASU process design, process control, and commissioning.
Extensive knowledge of chemical process design, chemical industrial processes, instrumentation, control, process machines, metal materials, and standards.
ASU process design and process control experience is preferred.
Familiarity with PID execution and management, Microsoft Office software, Microstation, Smartplant, and Smartsketch, and basic calculation with Excel tools.
Positive, good communication, and open-minded individual with good English skills.
大学化学工程、化工机械、自动化流程及低温工程本科或以上学历；
5年空分流程设计，流程控制和调试工作经验，其中至少3年工业设计和管理相关经验；
掌握化工流程、工业流程、仪表、控制和机械流程、标准等专业知识；
拥有空分设备流程设计和控制相关工作经验者优先考虑；
熟悉PID操作和管理；
熟悉Microstation、Smartplant和Smartsketch操作及Microsoft办公软件；
团队合作精神；
良好的英语水平。
