职位描述：
１.Control and monitor NPI project progress, manage NPI expenses and time lines, lead sub-team fulfill new projects requirements in each milestone according to BSH PEP procedure.
控制新产品进度，管理新产品费用和项目时间，根据BSH新产品项目管理流程，主导并协调各个职能组按时完成新产品项目在各个阶段的交付要求(生产模块)
２.Leading and drive factory internal improvement project implementation towards fulfill factory quality, cost and delivery business requirement.
主导和工厂内部项目的实施与管理以满足工厂在产品质量，成本控制以及交付的业务需求
３.Drive the assessment of the whole project implementation from production module, including the technical concept, investment, project approval, implementation, release and SOP within the defined project milestone.
在工厂主导和推动项目的全流程评审与实施，包括生产制造的方案，投资，项目审批，实施，放行以及量产等
４.Liaise with global project manager to keep efficient network with FDCx and central functions to drive the project implementation from local
与全球中心部门以及项目经理保持高效沟通与合作，共同推进项目在本地的推进与实施
５.Support factory investment planning and management
工厂投资规划与管理
６.Drive the product engineering change(ECO) introduction and series production in FDCCh
产品变更导入协调管理，并推动产品变更量产
７.Drive the PGL and IE tools implementation in the NPI project and factory project
推动项目中Risk assessment, DFMA, FOL, LLD 等PGL以及相关IE工具在新产品项目以及工厂项目中的有效实施

职位要求：
１.Colleage degree or above in science and engineering
理工科专业本科以上
２.５years above Process or manufacturing engineering experience.
5年以上工艺或制造工程经验。
3．3 years above Process/MAE project experience.
3年以上工艺/MAE项目经验。
4．Good English communication skills.
