职位目标
负责新项目金属模具和塑料注塑模具的采购流程。计划新的工具投资预算，与项目经理分享，与塑料和金属模具GPO保持一致，组织与工程和生产团队的会议。定期向部门经理和项目经理汇报工作。参加Gemba预制件会议，跟踪新工具的性能。拜访模具制造商以获得技术发布。准备交货发布文件，并为未解决的问题和纠正问题制定跟踪行动清单。在车间内或与供应商协调低成本的修改。

职位内容：
１.New tools procurement process from project design phase till end of Tools release and SOP.
新模具的采购流程，从项目设计阶段到模具发布和SOP结束。
2.Go to shopfloor in prefabrication area tracking tools performance. Support tool maintenance for chronical problem solving.
到预制车间跟踪工具的使用情况。支持模具维护以解决长期问题。
3.Organize tool design meetings with toolmakers involving GPOs for technical recommendations and approval.
组织包括gpo在内的模具制造商的刀具设计会议，以获得技术建议和批准
4.Ensure smooth tool commissioning in prefabrication area.
确保预制区的模具顺利调试。
5.Follow up part release process finishing according to project time(PS1), coordinate CMM measurement reports with BSH QMS, DE part owner and toolmaker. Follow up final technical drawing status and share lates revision with toolmakers.
根据项目时间（PS1）跟踪零件放行过程的完成，与BSH QMS， DE零件负责人和模具制造商协调三坐标测量机测量报告。跟踪最终的技术图纸状态，并与模具制造商分享最新的修改。
6.Organize regular follow up tool project meetings with related parties. Systematically track open points. Reporting tool manufacturing progress weekly.

7.Coordinate and drive PFMEA meetings for new tools
协调并推动新模具的PFMEA会议
8.Support shop floor problem solving, QRQC and other improvement tools/activities efficiently and effectively to ensure smooth production and meet its daily targets
支持车间问题解决，QRQC和其他改进工具/活动，高效有效地确保顺利生产并达到日常目标
9.Preparing Microsoft Power Point technical tool reports.
准备微软powerpoint技术工具报告。
10.Coordinate low-cost modifications within SCh tool shop or with supplier.

11.Coordinate cost efficient tool Spare part manufacturing in BSH toolshop.
协调BSH模具车间的模具备件生产。

职位要求：
1.University bachelor degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing engineering or Tooling & mold departments.
机械、制造工程或模具专业本科以上学历。
2.3D NX CAD-CAM Tool design and manufacturing experience min. 3 years is required
需要至少3年以上的3D NX CAD-CAM模具设计和制造经验
3.More than 3 years of experience in manufacturing or maintaining new tools
3年以上新模具制造或维护经验
4.More than 3 years of experience in new Tool Project experience
3年以上新模具项目经验
5.More than 3 years of experience in international projects or cross-regional projects
3年以上国际项目/跨区域项目经验
6.Good English communication skills
