Job Description ：

​职位描述：

1. Organize training and empowerment sessions for counselor and sales

2. Develop training courses and materials to ensure perfect from line execution of product superiority and counselling flow

3. Track counselor effectiveness and efficiency acc. performance evaluation criteriam

4. Participate in counselor interview with evaluation feedback, continusly track and improve counselor’s sell through/out capacity

5. Identify counselling related POS sell through barriers and opportunities, drive continuous improvement

1. 组织对导购、销售人员的培训和赋能，包括新员工培训、产品培训、赋能培训

2. 开发培训课程、培训资料，落实产品优越性和话术，并保证执行

3. 根据绩效评估标准，跟踪导购的人效和产出，并保证大区导购人力配备的有效性和高效性

4. 持续评估并提升导购的零售能力，同时参与新导购面试

5. 识别售点与导购服务相关的障碍、机会，推动持续改善

Job Profile：

职位要求：

1、统招本科及以上学历，有家电行业相关工作经验优先；

Bachelor's degree or above, relevant working experiences in home appliance industry is preferred;

2、具备营销思维，良好的营销推广及品牌体验活动组织能力；

Good command of marketing ideas, able to organize marketing promotion and brand experience activities;

3、具有较强的自我管理能力，及逻辑判断能力;

Have strong self-management ability and logical thinking ability;

4、良好的沟通能力，较强的理解能力；

Good communication and good comprehension ability

5、意在家电领域不断发展，创新；

Aiming for continuous development and innovation in home appliance field;

6、可以接受高频次的出差。

Acceptable for high frequent business trips.
