责任及任务
As an Industrialization & Automation Engineer, you will be part of the Asia R&D Department, contributing to both the industrialization of electric actuator solutions as well as setting up and maintaining factory automation solutions. Under the responsibility of the Product Industrialization & automation engineer, your main missions will be:
 Be the technical interface between suppliers and design teams to arrange co-design phases and ensure the good manufacturing and industrialization of design concepts
 Review the drawings from design teams and provide advice and suggestions to match the drawings with chosen manufacturing processes
 Industrialization drawings and S-A BOMs creation
 Manage the purchase of prototype parts for the design office to test their technical solutions
 Validate new samples at their first arrival from mass production suppliers, before they are used in mass production in our factories
 Support production department in their daily technical challenges in the assembly or testing of products, support in the troubleshooting to unblock the lines.
 Design, maintain, and troubleshoot industrial automation systems for production lines, laboratories, and customer-specific applications.
 Create and validate electrical panel schematics and fieldbus communication protocols (Modbus, Profibus, Profinet, Hart, etc.).
 Develop and document PLC and HMI programs (Siemens S7-1200/1500, LOGO!, TIA Portal, WinCC, Visual Studio, Labview).
 Specify and procure instrumentation, PLCs, and electrical components.
 Follow and supervise the application of design or test benches modifications in production.
任职要求
 Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Industrial Automation, Mechatronics, Mechanical or Industrial Engineering.
 Minimum 4–5 years of experience in industrial automation and/or product industrialization.
 Proficiency in Solidworks or equivalent, AutoCAD or Draftsight, and electrical diagram design.
 Sourcing experience and ability to calculate machining costs is a plus  Knowledge of ERP (Dynamics 365, SAP, …) is a plus
 Proactivity, dynamism, adaptability, creative thinking, strong enthusiasm to support teams and to take over important and exciting challenges!
 Office Pack (Word, Excel, Power point…)
 English proficiency compulsory in both oral and writing (CET-6 minimum)
