Under the R&D Director, and with the support of Global R&D, you will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, validating, improving, and maintaining software systems for electric valve actuators, from draft simulation to mass production validation. Your missions for this position are:
· Ability to design and simulate complex software systems.
· Design software systems and ensure they comply with specifications.
· Perform software development and ensure It’s reliability.
· Provide software engineering support as required.
· Create, maintain, and update engineering-related aspects for the company’s control boards inside the PDM and ERP environment.
· Assist the supplier’s teams with diagnosing manufacturing issues, tooling, and testing/fixtures.
· Assist production and quality teams to diagnose, debug, and solve software-related problems occurring on products during their production or during customer returns.
· Assist customer service team for occasional onsite interventions related to emergency-related software issues on products.
· Assist field application teams for technical discussions with customers to understand and evaluate special requirements prior to the development of customer-specific solutions.
Profile and Skills
§ Bachelor’s Degree or above in science and technology with a major in Software engineering
§ 5+ Years’ experience in electronic software design
§ Proficiency in C programming
§ Experience in STM32 microcontrollers is a strong plus
§ Ability to adapt to different projects and find cost effective solutions.
§ Proactivity, dynamism, adaptability, creative thinking, strong enthusiasm to support teams and to take over important and exciting challenges!

§ English proficiency compulsory in both oral and writing
