RESPONSIBILITY AND AUTHORITY / 职责和权限

1. Assist in developing technical solution & product market-oriented strategies

协助制定技术解决方案，以产品市场为导向的策略。

2. Assist the superior to analyze and monitor technical market trends (key technology and solutions, customer design topology, new product solutions), analyze the developments of competitors, establish and update regional data on this.

协助上级领导分析和监控技术市场趋势（关键技术和解决方案，客户设计拓扑，新产品解决方案），分析竞争对手的产品，建立和更新区域数据。

3. Continuously monitor and update technical standard development (Telecom/Industry/Automotive etc.)

跟进行业相关技术标准的发展（工业/汽车行业等）。

4. Support new business development in the field.

5. Explore the new business opportunities through following up the field technical projects and interacting with R&D engineers of the customers.

6. Develop and manage new projects at different applications by close communication with field customer requirements and offering product /technical solutions.

7. Participate the relevant technical forums and report the findings.

8. Provide technical support to key customer / key applications /key projects. Coordinate the test demand and our set up. Finalize the design together with customers.

9. Provide support to the sales organization, including agents and distributors, by means of training, daily cooperation, seminars, application notes, etc. Upon request from Sales or within promotion projects, visit customers together with Sales in order to provide specific technical support and generate design-wins / sales opportunities.
