Job Title ： Customer Experience Planning & Engineering Specialist-Senior

Job Responsibilities

Champion the voice of the customer by translating experience data into actionable insights that drive daily operations and strategic transformation.

• Analyze complex datasets to uncover trends, predict outcomes, and recommend data-driven decisions

• Develop & transform CE Data warehouse to support system upgrades & transformations, and ensure data consistency and accuracy

• Engage stakeholders (CE, IT, Operations) to align insights with business priorities and continuous improvement.

Job Requirements

Minimum Requirement

• Education: Bachelor’s in Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Statistics, or equivalent quantitative field.

• 5+ years’ hands-on experience in data engineering, BI, and analytics using Oracle SQL, MS SQL, and Power BI.

• Expertise in statistical modeling, predictive analytics, and cloud data architecture (Azure preferred).

• Deep knowledge of contact-center metrics, telephony systems (Cisco IPCC, WFM), and advanced Excel / VBA.

• Fluent English with proven ability to simplify and present complex findings to non-technical audiences.

Preferred

• Familiarity with R, Python, Hadoop/Vertica, and agile, large-scale cloud environments.
