【RESPONSIBILITIES】职责:
一、 Brand Partner Success Story Content 品牌合伙人成功故事内容
1. Produce short-form video content showcasing top Brand Partners, including 制作展示优秀品牌合伙人的短视频内容,包括:
- Why they succeed 他们为何成功
- Their daily routines and working methods 他们的日常流程与工作方法
- Not limit but including their journey in recruitment, subscription selling, community building, and new market development 不仅限于招募、订阅销售、社区建设及新市场开发等环节的历程
2. Capture behind-the-scenes footage, testimonials, and lifestyle-based storytelling. 拍摄幕后镜头、推荐信和基于生活方式的故事
3. Create replicable “success formulas” through structured narrative content. 通过结构化的叙事内容创建可复制的“成功公式”
二、Community Management Content (Beauty & Wellness Communities) 社区管理内容(健康美力社区):
1. Develop large volumes of digital content to support community managers, including 开发大量数字内容以支持社区管理人员,包括:
- Daily engagement posts 日常参与的帖子
- Habit-building programs 习惯培养计划
- Health & beauty education posts 健康与美容教育贴子
- Activity ideas and engagement scripts 活动点子和参与脚本
2. Ensure all content helps communities stay active, engaging, supportive, and habit-forming 确保所有内容都能帮助社区保持活跃度、参与度、支持度和养成习惯。
三、 Training & Live-streaming Support 培训和直播的支持
1. Support the Training Department with 为培训部门提供以下支持:
- Live-stream materials, videos editing and post-production 直播材料、视频编辑和后期制作
- Online training videos editing and post-production 在线培训视频编辑和后期制作

2. Adapt expert knowledge into simple, easy-to-use digital learning materials. 将专业知识转化为简单易用的数字学习材料
四、Digital Content Production 数字内容制作
1. Independently handle content design, video filming, editing, and post-production. 独立处理内容设计、视频拍摄、编辑和后期制作。
2. Ensure consistent visual identity and storytelling quality across all content formats. 确保所有内容格式的视觉识别和叙事质量一致。
3. Manage a fast turnaround time and deliver high-quality outputs under pressure. 管理快速周转时间,在压力下提供高质量的产出。
五、Cross-Functional Collaboration 跨职能协作
1. Work closely with Training, and Community teams to ensure content accuracy, relevance, and impact. 与培训和社区团队密切合作,确保内容的准确性、相关性和影响力。
2. Join field travels to capture real stories, events, and new market expansion activities, interview/ learning from leaders' best practices. 参加实地考察,捕捉真实的故事、事件和新市场扩张活动,采访/学习优秀合伙人的***实践。
【QUALIFICATIONS】要求:
一、 Professional Experience 专业经验:
1. 2–5 years of experience in digital content creation, video editing, social media content, or training content production. 2-5年数字内容创作、视频编辑、社交媒体内容或培训内容制作经验。
2. Experience in direct selling, beauty, wellness, training, or community-based industries is a plus. 有直销、美容、健康、培训或社区行业经验者优先。
3. Proven portfolio of short-form video content, storytelling, or community-focused content. 在短视频内容、故事诉说或以社区为中心的内容有过成功案列。
二、Skills & Technical Requirements 技能和技术要求:
1. Experience producing training content, e-learning modules, or digital enablement materials is a strong advantage. 有制作培训内容、电子学习模块或数字支持材料的经验者优先。
2. Strong skills in video editing tools (e.g., Final Cut Pro, Premiere, CapCut, VN, Canva etc). 精通视频编辑工具(如Final Cut Pro、Premiere、CapCut、VN、Canva等)。
3. Ability to film and edit short videos independently (mobile or camera). 能够独立拍摄和编辑短视频(手机或相机)。
4. Solid understanding of social media formats, engagement styles, and content trends (WeChat, Douyin, Xiaohongshu). 对社交媒体格式、参与风格和内容趋势(微信、抖音、小红书)有扎实的了解。
5. Strong writing and storytelling ability in Chinese (English is a plus). 较强的中文写作和讲故事能力(英语优先)。
