职位描述

Task:

  • Maintain day-to-day contact with suppliers about open purchase orders and its delivery process. Incl.
  • Conducting kick-off meeting
    • Pre-production documentation and approvals
    • Monitoring production progress
    • Coordinating transport and delivery
    • Aligning with project/production planning
    • Finalizing post-production documentation
    • Aligning FAT invites
    • Coordinating solving of punch-items
  • Supplier management:
    • Build-up extensive knowledge about supplier processes and capabilities
    • Maintain relationship and .pro-actively identifying and resolving (future) issues
    • Feedback, discussion and optimization of the performance of the suppliers
    • Coordinate with buyer/category leads to drive supplier for improvements in delivery and quality systematically
    • Implement standard ways of working to ease future orders
    • Frequent Supplier visits for
      process, relation and quality insurance.
  • Supplier Documents Management:
    • Coordinate with internal team and suppliers to complete pre-production documentation with suppliers incl. capacity planning, manufacturing process plan , inspection test plan , etc.
    • Facilitate approval of mandatory documents
    • Complete post-production documentation of suppliers
    • All in line with signed VDRS
    • Keeping systems and databases updated with supplier progress reports
    • Improving and standardizing information flow, Huisman process flows
  • Supplier performance reporting :
    • Creating reports and analyses on supplier performance and delivery times to identify improvements.
    • Input for buyer / category leads for supplier evaluation.
    • Input for sourcing strategy.
        • Professional data driven reporting in a standardized and supported, companywide manner.

      · Key player for stakeholders

      o Knowledge and up-to-date information about supplier process and orders

      o Issue solver in case of supply/transport issues / damages / etc.

      Pro-active information sharing and identifying future bottlenecks of suppliers

    Responsibilities:

    • Making sure that purchased goods and/or services from suppliers are delivered at the agreed upon delivery date at the correct location. Making sure quality of the goods and its documentation is in line with the agreement, steering for zero punch items before delivery. At the final destination a smooth inbound process is also responsibility of the job.
    • To achieve this, extensive supplier contacts and/or visits are to be identified and communicated as an integral part of this function.
    • General requirements:
    • · Supplier management and improvement experience
    • Requirements:

      • Above college degree with engineering related subjects
      • 6~8 years working experience in supply chain, purchasing, supplier management , supplier improvement & development related area
      • Familiar with mechanical manufacturing such as fabrication , forging , machining, fitting &welding, blasting & painting etc. is preferred
      • Good problem-solving ability.
      • Good understanding of manufacturing quality management & control system and knowledge of quality tools or Lean is preferred.

    Internal reporting of order progress and possible bottlenecks (with counteractions) with all relevant stakeholders is necessary.
