We’re looking for someone with strong analytical thinking and a collaborative mindset to join Huisman’s Finance team!

你将负责的内容 | What You Will Do

• 参与公司整体、项目及业务的财务分析，支持决策制定；
  Conduct financial analysis across company, project, and business levels to support decision-making.
• 协助编制月度/季度财务报告、KPI 跟踪与差异分析；
  Assist in monthly/quarterly reporting, KPI tracking, and variance analysis.
• 在预算、预测和成本控制方面提供支持；
  Support budgeting, forecasting, and cost control efforts.
• 维护财务模型和仪表盘（Power BI / Excel）；
  Maintain financial models and dashboards in Power BI and Excel.
• 识别财务流程中的低效环节，并提出改进建议；
  Identify inefficiencies in financial processes and suggest improvements.
• 协助推动自动化工具的实施（如 Power BI, OneStream, ERP 等）；
  Assist in implementing automation tools such as Power BI, OneStream, or ERP systems.
• 作为财务会计、项目团队与其他部门之间的沟通桥梁；
  Act as the link between finance, project teams, and other departments.

我们希望你 | What We Expect from You

• 财务、会计、经济等相关专业本科及以上学历；
  Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related fields.
• 2–4 年财务分析、FP&A 或财务控制相关经验；
  2–4 years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or controlling.
• 精通 Excel（如数据透视表、VLOOKUP），熟悉 Power BI 或 ERP 系统（如 SAP）；
  Advanced Excel skills (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP), and familiarity with Power BI or ERP systems (e.g., SAP).
• 普通话和英文沟通能力强，能进行书面与口头表达；
  Strong communication skills in both Mandarin and English, written and spoken.
• 逻辑清晰、关注细节、学习能力强、具备主动性；
  Detail-oriented, analytical, a quick learner, and proactive.
