Tasks:
1. Operation HSE Hazard ＆ Risk Management
1.1 Identify, update and maintain HSE hazard and risk mapping accordingly to operation activities of Huisman.
1.2 Organize HSE risk evaluation by recognized tools, like JSA, Fine ＆ Kinney method.
1.3 Initiate proposal for risk/ nonconformity, and follow up if proposal agreed.
1.4 Maintain HSE dashboard and report by the defined interval.
2. Maintain and develop HSE management system
2.1 Develop HSE standards and procedures according to Huisman global standard, industry practice, legal compliance and international standards （like ISO/ OHSAS/ CSR etc.）.
2.2 Support the internal ＆ external HSE audit.
3. Project HSE activity
3.1 Initiate project HSE plan as requested by Project management.
3.2 Identify HSE risk during project, and implementing risk control measure with project team and disciplines.
4. HSE legal compliance
4.1 Identify and maintain the HSE code ＆ standard list, which applicable within HCN scope. And continuously monitor the change or update of code ＆ standard.
4.2 Organize the HSE compliance evaluation regularly, to identify the compliance risk/ nonconformity. And follow up the improvement action, with involved disciplines.
4.3 Archive the compliance evidence by clear document package.
4.4 Coordinate HSE compliance request and activity from local government/ authority, like government inspection and report.
5. HSE culture and awareness
5.1 Propose the campaign and organize campaign activity, to build up “Incident ＆ Injury Free” culture. And keep environment, safety and health visible and accessible within HCN.
5.2 Initiate HSE stimulation system （campaign, award etc.）, and safety leadership within HCN.
5.3 Define and implement HSE training and qualification plan.
5.4 Monitor and report HSE performance regularly within HCN.
6. Incident ＆ Case Learned/ Emergency
6.1 Complete the investigation of incident.
6.2 Follow up case learned action plan, with involved discipline.
6.3 Support the emergency response activity.
7. Other tasks assigned by superiors.
