Job Description
1) Manage on-premises and hybrid-cloud infrastructure, including servers (Windows/Linux), storage, virtualization, and data center environments across multiple locations.
2) Install, configure, upgrade and troubleshoot servers, operating systems, storage and related hardware/software components.
3) Support Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) and virtualization platforms; build automation using PowerShell、Terraform、Ansible。
4) Apply automation/RPA to improve operational efficiency, reduce manual tasks, and integrate workflows when needed.
5) Perform patch management and vulnerability scanning, analyze reports, and execute remediation actions.
6) Monitor infrastructure using tools such as Zabbix/Prometheus; maintain system benchmarks, performance baselines and alerts.
7) Develop documentation, deployment plans, runbooks, and support system changes, migrations and lifecycle management.
8) Work with public clouds (Alibaba Cloud / Azure / AWS) and leverage API/SDK to automate routine tasks or integrate systems.
9) Research new hardware & software technologies and support internal knowledge transfer, with potential involvement in future R&D/innovation.
10) Coordinate with third-party vendors to ensure timely issue resolution, maintenance, and project delivery.
Service engineer qualifications：
1) Degree in Computer Science or a similar field
2) 5+ years experience in server, OS, storage, virtualization or cloud infrastructure operations.
3) Certification in at least one public cloud (Alibaba Cloud / Azure / AWS).
4) Knowledge of databases (RDS, SQL Server, Oracle) is preferred.
5) Hands-on skills in Windows/Linux, virtualization, and infrastructure troubleshooting.
6) Experience with automation/scripting (PowerShell、Python、Terraform、Ansible). Familiarity with API/SDK calls for cloud automation or integration.
7) Experience with monitoring tools such as Zabbix / Prometheus is preferred.
8) Experience with CI/CD systems and DevOps is preferred
9) Experience with RPA or workflow-automation platforms is a plus.
10) Strong analytical, troubleshooting and English communication skills.
11) Strong communication skills with the ability to build collaborative working relationships.
