JOB PURPOSE:


The Employee Lifecycle
Specialist serves as a first point of contact for employees on a wide range of
HR topics, providing timely and accurate solutions to complex inquiries related
to transactional issues, inquiries, data and reports. You are responsible for
completion of employee and data transaction processing for core processes
(e.g., mass updates, managing employee movement, running organization position
reports, reviewing/transacting/answering inquiries for employee and
work-related data change requests).



JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:



Act as first point of contact for employees and managers with General HR
inquiries via various intake channels (e.g., phone, chat and cases)



Manage the day-to-day transactions of job-related or employee-related data
changes (e.g., all changes from Hire to Retire within the HR information
system) and produce supporting documentation



Ensure a delightful customer experience by working efficiently to streamline
service delivery



Oversee processing and updates of all organization and position data, including
the creation and maintenance of jobs, positions, and overall organization
structures.



Oversee quality standards and controls for data to provide the necessary
accuracy, timeliness, and completeness.



Manage reductions in force and redundancies, mass data changes, and employee
movement / contract management.



Ensure compliance with corporate data administration, security standards, and
HR policies and procedures.



Participate in project initiatives to improve and implement HR processes.


• Take part in additional
projects as needed.



KEY QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCES:


• 1-3
years of experience in HR or a related field



Post-secondary degree in Human Resources or a related field



Experience with basic technology functionality (e.g., case management,
knowledge management)



Ability to consistently deliver high quality customer service in a professional
manner; effective listening and communication skills



Knowledge of employee data administration and end-to-end processes



Experience with transaction processing and data management



Attentive to details and deadlines; strong ability to manage multiple
initiatives


• Working knowledge of HR systems is beneficial, particularly SAP and
SuccessFactors
