General Summary:

• Maintain and improve process competency for EM operation team, provide process and technical support to meet business requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance with Celanese stewardship policy and standards. Maintain and improve PSM management system together with site EHS function.

• Drive improvement of yield and OEE performance.

• Establish standard operating conditions and standard operation procedures, periodically lead/ involve in the review of control plan and FMEA.

• Lead process and quality related troubleshooting and problem solving. Lead or participate root cause investigation and develop/follow up prevention/corrective actions.

• Provide continuous process and product quality improvement through process optimization and upgrade.

• Evaluate process or equipment improvement related employee suggestions.

• Provide process knowledge and troubleshooting training to operation operators and involve the new key operator qualification process.

• Assist process development of new product and new process. Assist source change and new raw material qualification program when needed.


Qualifications:

1. Education Background
• BS or MS degree, with major in Polymer, Chemical, Chemical Engineering etc.


2. Skills and knowledge

• Strong problem-solving ability.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

• Good team player, self-motivated, with good ownership sense.

• Good verbal and written communication capability in English.
