OBJECTIVES / PURPOSE OF JOB 工作目标/目的
Provide supports, assistance, execution, and evaluation of approved marketing plan to meet the BU business goal.
KEY ACTIVITIES / RESPONSIBILITIES 主要工作责任
- Support manager for marketing plan implementation and execution.
- HCP adoption and engagement of B+L products- responsible for the training center project: on-site support of training programs in 12 training centers across the country, including project planning, material preparation, event execution, follow-up.
- Conduct training center program applications and complete related post-meeting reimbursements in accordance with company compliance requirements and processes
- Marketing event internal process control and logistic support
- Maintain daily operation of Wet lab related material and sample.
EDUCATION / QUALIFICATIONS 教育背景 / 任职资格
- Bachelor - in Medical Device, ophthalmology is preferred；、
- At least 2~3 years working experience in medical device or pharmaceutical MNC.
- Must be able to travel frequently and travel on weekends.
- Capable of and willing to work under pressure and over time when necessary.
- Strong ability to work as part of a team, with good communication skills.
- Superior organizational skills, careful attention to details.
- A good command of English and Chinese.
- Proficiency with PowerPoint and Excel.
