KEY ACTIVITIES/RESPONSIBILITIES 主要工作责任
• Responsible for opening up negotiations, cooperation and follow-up operations for online stores.
• Efficient completion of the company's sales and operation tasks.
• Responsible for the daily management and operation of online stores.
• Responsible for the management of the field team, work arrangement and assessment; according to the store operation indicators, develop and implement the store operation plan, to complete the store sales indicators;
• Analyze and grasp various types of customer needs, optimize and adjust the website according to customer needs, formulate promotion programs and be responsible for implementation, evaluate the promotion effect, and analyze the data of shop and product visits and conversion rate.
• Track and evaluate the promotion effect, and submit statistical analysis report forms of the promotion effect, promptly put forward marketing improvement measures, give practical improvement plans, control the promotion cost, and strive to maximize ROI;
• Responsible for new business as like JD and Tmall
EXPERIENCE/ COMPETENCIES 经验要求/能力要求
• 本科以上学历
• 电商平台或互联网行业从业经验5年以上.
• 熟悉互联网及电商平台的发展趋势和运营模式
• 强烈的创新意识,有互联网行业成功项目案例
• 良好的计划制定和数据分析能力,能独立开展项目
• 良好的电商平台人脉及合作经历
• 优秀的内外部沟通和协调能力
• 能适应加班及出差
