Job Description:

1. Provide on-site proactive inspection services for customer equipment usage.
2. Perform on-site equipment maintenance for customers and collect feedback on issues.
3. Conduct training for customer maintenance personnel and oversee equipment acceptance.
4. Maintain customer relationships.
5. Train outsourced installation and commissioning personnel.
Job Requirements:
1. Familiarity with tire structure technology and tire production processes.
2. Understanding of advanced after-sales service management concepts and tools.
3. Proficiency in commissioning and maintenance of tire machinery and equipment.
4. Knowledge of equipment structure, assembly, and maintenance.
5. Basic understanding of mechanical/electrical systems.
6. Willingness to travel domestically and internationally for extended periods.
Position Details:
1. Travel frequency: Minimum 8 months per year on-site with customers.
2. Travel scope: Primarily South Korea.
3. Nationality requirements: Korean-Chinese, Korean nationals, or other nationalities with a valid Korean work visa.
Preferred qualifications:Fluency in Chinese, with study or living experience in China.
