Support with components competitive pricing in customer RFQ/Cost down
Marketing trend analysis and earlier warning
Consolidate business to Scanfil strategy suppliers
Negotiate and decide where to place components in the NPI phase and Engineering Change Orders, with best possible supply chain setup. Follow up the sample/NPI orders.
Update IFS with supplier related info for components
Support purchasing with escalations for shortage, price and quality
Develop appointed and phase out suppliers with tools, and after decision in the supplier chain teams
Negotiation of purchase agreements, including prices and other terms and conditions
Draw up localization plan, including cost target, quality, delivery and supplier qualification
Supporting purchasing team supplier management, including material minimizing of excess/obsolete, materials MOQ,LT optimize
Supporting sales/customer service with new customer projects and presenting cost-reduction proposals for existing programs
Implementing effective supplier management programs to improve the performance of the strategy suppliers. Key performance include supplier’s OTDP, quality, payment, delivery term, flexibility, resilience, sustainability and cost-development.
Requirements
Skills in project planning,budget controlling and managing deliverables on schedule.
Good leadship to drive Customer Fcous Team.
Good planning and time management skills.
Excellent English language both in oral and written.
Excellent negotiation skill to balance customer needs.
