Essential Functions:
Develop new businessin assigned geographical area and/or market segment. Mainly focus on domesticmovement, warehousing, IT products & contract logistics.
Identify customers total supply chain demands and work with othersupporting team in coming up with proposal and quotations.
Manage key account customers in assigned area, draft and integrate thebudget, Incremental Sales plan and lead the incremental sales for theresponsible accounts across the region.
Manage account customer relationship; provide solution to criticaloperational issues. Involve Operation team and Customer Service team for issueresolving and new project implementation.
Minimize the customer complaints, increase the customer satisfaction.
Connection Bridge between both parties’ top management.
Scope and Accountability:
Regular visitcustomers and identify new business opportunities.
Develop and maintainaccount relationships within and across customer’s organization, with national wideCoverage.
Offerprice and conduct sales negotiation though analysis of business structure interms of revenue and cost;
Achieve the salestarget which assigned by the office on monthly/yearly basis.
Establishlong-term strategic partnership with clients, account management, bidmanagement and contract negotiation;
Worktogether with Customer Service, Operation and Project team to ensure serviceexcellence;
Sharevaluable market information within the team and the network for managementstrategic decision making;
Develop extensiveknowledge of the customers’ industry, their customers and their criticalbusiness issues, incl. finance, operation and the supply chain.
Regularly review withcustomers on achievement of performance outcomes including collation ofcustomer agreed KPI’s, organize the regular meeting with operations and serviceteam.
Contract renewal orany new RFQ tendered for incremental business from the accounts.
QualificationRequirements:
Bachelor degree, major in Logistics/Sales Marketing relatedpreferred.
3years relevant working experience.
Deep understanding of Contract Logistics strategy, products andsolutions for price, cost and commercial preferred.
Familiarwith local business environment and international business development trends,good sense of the industry development trend and requirements;
Familiarwith international logistics operation environment preferred;
Projectmanagement skill, ability to find and develop new business and to write uplogistics solution proposal.
Self-motivated,proactive working attitude, leading, optimistic personality and capable to workin team
Goodcommand of English (written & spoken), excellent presentation skill,excellent communication and interpersonal skills
GoodPC skills, eg. Word, Excel, PPT, etc.
