Requirements:

+3 years of experience: In international supply chain management, PO Management frontline execution experience

Regional and Frontend execution
expertise: Experience managing operations across multiple locations or
origins, with knowledge of local regulations, customs, and market dynamics

Proficiency in written and spoken English.

Job Description:

1. Frequent travel to Asia, Europe, or other sourcing/execution locations as required by business or customer needs.

2. Train resources to build execution knowledge and understanding across Asia and global locations to support China’s CCP global initiatives through both offshore and onsite support.

3. Travel to Asia and global locations if/when needed to gain a comprehensive understanding of local processes, environments, market intelligence, and future developments to facilitate better business operations and exchanges.

4. Lead and drive the expansion of volume and new sourcing locations, ensuring a thorough understanding of customer requirements and establishing local processes, auditing process to ensure SOP/process compliance and KPI fulfillment

5. Station at local and work together with local team if/when required, oversee local teams to deliver expected service quality, collaborating on recruitment and training until the local team is fully trained and operational.
