岗位职责:
• Take over leadership for Gentherm project development within a cross-function team
对捷温项目,在有交叉职能的团队中起领导作用
• Ensure projects are developed within the defined timeline
确保项目研发按照预定的时间段进行
• Review project status and define actions with internal project team members
回顾项目的情形并且确定项目内部成员的工作内容
• Participate in all relevant APQP tasks
参与所有有关APQP的工作
• Represent Gentherm towards customers, satisfy customer’s demands but ensure the interests of Gentherm
代表Gentherm面对客户,满足客户的需求,并且确保Gentherm的利益
• Act as the customer representative:
- By ensuring the customer requirements are addressed during product design and development
- By ensuring the selection of special characteristics by the respective team members
- By ensuring the setting of quality objectives and conducting the related training
扮演客户代表的角色,并确保客户的要求在产品设计和开发过程中得到体现,针对具体项目选择特别的成员组成项目组,质量目标的制定和相关培训的管理
• Visit domestic/foreign customers to determine technical requirements and present technology solution
拜访国内外客户作技术支持和作出技术可行性解决方案
• Collect and maintain project relevant data and cooperate with all the relevant departments (sales, quality, logistic, manufacturing, process & product engineering)
收集和维护项目有关的数据并与相关的部门合作
• Follow up investment/cost/budget during project development
追踪项目研发的投资、成本、预算
• Conduct Team feasibility commitment with team members, identify and assess risk with actions, continuously follow up until risks mitigate within control
评估项目的可行性,分析和识别风险,采取措施并跟踪,直到风险降到可控范围之内(2&6)
• Follow escalation protocol to gain appropriate levels of management support on potential show stopper issues
遵循项目问题升级流程,对存在潜在停产风险的事件,及时向上级报告,获得管理层的支持
• Manage, capture and process engineering changes for the life of the program
管理整个项目周期内的工程变更
• Ensure that appropriate technical interface during the product development cycle is established and maintained with the customer including providing support during field failures or other failed components when necessary
在产品开发周期过程中,确保与客户建立和维护恰当的技术交流
• Organize lessons learn with team members to summary and analyse issues once program finished
项目总结阶段,组织项目小组成员分析项目过程,总结经验教训
• Support /Participant potential /new customer program audit
参与潜在供应商审核和质量审核的项目部分
岗位要求:
• Bachelor degree of Engineering or Management
工程或管理学专业本科学历
• Business and Technical English
商务和技术英语背景
• Auto industry APQP Process
熟悉汽车行业APQP流程
• Skills of Microsoft project software
熟悉项目软件操作
• Ability of Program Management: Plan Management, Finance Management, Quality Management, Risk Management
项目管理能力:综合运用计划管理,财务管理,质量管理,与风险管理工具跟踪协调复杂的项目活动;
• Product Technology knowledge: Product design knowledge, Industrial process, Sample shop work flow
产品技术知识:了解产品设计知识以及工艺流程;了解样品制作流程
• Min 6-8 years’ work experience in product engineering or project management in manufacturing company
在制造行业最少6-8年的产品工程或项目管理的工作经验
