The Indirect Purchasing Specialist is responsible for managing the procurement of non-production goods and services required to support the company's operations, including office supplies, maintenance and repair services, marketing materials, IT equipment, and professional services. This role requires strong negotiation skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple suppliers and contracts effectively.

Responsibilities 主要职责
• Execute procurement strategies defined by the respective Global Category Director 执行各自全球品类总监制定的采购策略
• Conduct purchasing of indirect components independently (all indirect materials and services) 独立进行间接组件的采购（所有间接材料和服务）
• Order program related services and materials (except raw material related supplier toolings)Qualify new suppliers in collaboration business strategy 在业务策略的指导下，对新供应商进行资格认证
• Support contract developments to ensure consistent commercial terms and conditions 支持合同开发，确保一致的商业条款和条件
• Improve efficiency in terms of reliability of supply and price as well as risk management 提高供应的可靠性、价格和风险管理方面的效率
• Support cost reduction activities 支持成本削减活动
• Develop commodity and supplier strategies and optimize regionally and globally where applicable 制定商品和供应商策略，并在适用的情况下优化区域和全球范围内的策略
Qualifications 任职资格
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. 本科及以上学历，供应链管理等相关专业。
Minimum of 3 years of experience in indirect procurement or a related role. 3年以上采购或相关工作经验。
Strong negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills. 较强的谈判、分析和解决问题的能力。
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. 熟练掌握办公软件。
Experience with procurement software and ERP systems is preferred. 具有采购软件和ERP系统经验者优先。
