岗位职责：
1. Production Planning & Scheduling
1. 生产计划与排程
- Develop monthly/weekly production plans based on customer orders, market demand, and plant capacity to ensure on-time delivery.
- 根据客户订单、市场需求及工厂产能，制定月度/周度生产计划，确保准时交付；
- Monitor production progress, coordinate with manufacturing, procurement, and warehouse teams to resolve exceptions.
- 监控生产进度，协调生产、采购、仓储等部门解决计划执行中的异常问题；
- Optimize scheduling logic to improve equipment utilization and labor efficiency.
- 优化排产逻辑，提升设备利用率和人员效率。
2. Material Requirements Planning (MRP)
2. 物料需求计划（MRP）管理
- Calculate raw material and component requirements using BOMs and production schedules.
- 基于BOM（物料清单）和生产计划，计算原材料、零部件的需求量和到货时间；
- Collaborate with procurement to track supplier deliveries and align material availability with production timelines.
- 与采购部门协作，跟踪供应商交货进度，确保物料供应与生产节奏匹配；
- Manage material shortages/surpluses caused by urgent orders or engineering changes (ECN).
- 处理紧急插单、设计变更（ECN）导致的物料短缺或过剩问题。
3. Inventory Control & Cost Optimization
3. 库存控制与成本优化
- Set safety stock levels, analyze inventory turnover ratio and obsolete stock, propose cost-saving solutions.
- 设定安全库存水平，定期分析库存周转率、呆滞料比例，提出降本方案；
- Implement ABC classification for inventory management to reduce capital tied up.
- 实施ABC分类法管理物料，减少资金占用；
- Coordinate with warehouse teams to optimize storage space and ensure inventory accuracy.
- 协调仓储部门优化库存空间，确保账物一致性。
4. Cross-functional Collaboration & Data Management
4. 跨部门协作与数据管理
- Work with QA teams to handle material replenishment due to defects or production scrap.
- 与质量部门联动，处理来料不良或生产报废导致的补料需求；
- Maintain real-time data accuracy in SAP system for production and materials.
- 维护SAP系统中的生产与物料数据，确保信息实时准确；
- Generate KPI reports (e.g., production plan adherence rate, material readiness rate).
- 定期输出生产计划达成率、物料齐套率等KPI报告。
5. Compliance & Continuous Improvement
5. 行业合规与持续改进
- Ensure compliance with automotive industry standards (e.g., IATF 16949).
- 确保生产与物料管理符合IATF 16949等汽车行业质量管理体系要求；
- Promote Lean Manufacturing and JIT principles in material control processes.
- 推动精益生产（Lean）和JIT（准时制）在物料控制中的应用。
任职要求
1、熟练使用相关办公软件，具备基本的数据分析逻辑能力。
2、具备物料计划管理相关专业能力，2年以上PMC经验
3、具备良好的沟通能力和团队合作精神
4、工作细心、认真，具备较强的责任心和执行力
5、本科及以上学历，学士学位
6、熟练的英语能力，英语可作为工作语言
7、汽车零部件行业经验优先，其他制造业或强相关产品亦可
