岗位概述 Position Summary
A Development Centre Internship is required to support the running of the Development Centre and the safe running of the laboratory. The successful candidate will be responsible for understanding and execution of technical projects and tests, analysis of results, cooperating with R&D engineer and assistant engineer and reporting to the development center manager.
主要职责 Main Task
1.协同工程师定义测试内容与要求并进行测试及配方开发工作;
2.眼健康产品技术研究与数据分析，如收集并整理眼健康相关科学文献、分析竞品技术方案等;
3.消费者洞察与市场趋势分析：分析电商平台用户评价，提炼消费者痛点；协助设计简易消费者调研，验证产品概念可行性;
4.实验室6S及日常维护。
硕士及以上，药学/生物医学工程/食品工程
专业知识/技能 Knowledge And Skill
1.扎实的食品/药品/医学相关专业知识；
2.熟练运用MS office，英语读写熟练；
3.了解实验室的安全和设备操作要求；
4.较强的逻辑思考能力、数据分析能力。
