JobSummary

1、Describe the job responsibilities, duties, and organizational importance.

2、The Assistant is responsible in China office hiring, onboarding/offboarding, event planning, office management,office chores such as office supplies purchase as well as support to local team.

Human resources management/support

1、Support HR department or managers to screen resumes and provide candidates for interviews

2、Handle onboarding/offboarding for local team

3、Oversee local team attendance/absence


Office
management

1、Event planning such as monthly team
gathering, birthday party, team building, etc

2、Office supplies purchase &management

3、Office maintenance follow-up &support

4、Support if needed to team members

5、Employees reimbursement/travelling support


Paperworksupport

1、Support on standard office paperwork

Key Criteria and Requirements

1、Bachelor degree or higher is acceptable

2、Over 3 years’ experience in human resources & office administration

3、HR management/administration management degree is preferred

4、English communication Expert in Mircrosoft Office tools
