Customer issue management, proactively work to close
quality issues timely and reduce the big complains from the
customer side. Hold meeting with cross function team for investigation,
analysis and follow up action plans.
客诉质量问题处理,及时关闭客诉,部门间良好沟通与协调,能够组织会议对质量问题进行调查,分析和制定改善措施并追踪执行。
Be responsible for in process nonconformity, closure with corrective action and
preventive action.
负责制程不良问题的改善,制定改善措施和预防措施。
Be responsible for new product quality risk evaluation,push R&D & ME, related departments problem solving
负责新产品质量风险评估,推动研发,ME, 相关部门问题解决
Improve product quality through quality tools, customer feedback, etc. 能够应用常规质量工具进行品质改善。
Lead quality statistical analysis and prepare quality report. 进行质量数据分析,完成相应质量报表或报告。
Handle other tasks assigned by leader. 领导要求的其他工作事项。
Qualifications:
Education Background教育背景: Bachelor degree in
engineering or relate. 本科学历,工学位
Job Experience工作经验:
Above 5years’ working experience about quality or
engineering at MV electric industry.
5年以上中压电气领域质量或工程工作经验。
Skills:
Key Ability Requires关键技能: Familiar with GIS & mechanic products process
flow and quality control. 熟悉充气柜产品及机构生产工艺
和质量控制。
Familiar with 8D, FMEA, CP and 6 Sigma quality tools. 熟悉8D, FMEA, CP , 6 Sigma等质量工具。
Basic English communication with oversea customer is required基本的英语沟通是必要的
