What you’ll do:
Work with engineers closly to investigate the key pain points during execution.
collaborate with IT, COE and division resouce together to develop digital tools, leverage AI, analyze data to drive digitalization and improve efficiency.
1. Investigate and identify digital tool requirements and pain points from engineers cross APAC division, define digital solutions to improve work efficiency
2. Co-work with COE, IT, division engineers to develop, test, and implement digital tools
3. Follow up on the effectiveness of digital tool usage and continuously optimize it
4. Analyze various R&D related data to identify the improvement opportunities.
5. Understand the functions of new digital tools or AI and promote the implementation of appropriate tools to support efficient RD work
6. Deliver trainings to engineering team as required on engineering process and tools etc.
Qualifications:
● Requires a Bachelor degree or above, major in computer science, software engineering, information management, automation, etc.
● More than 3 years of full-stack development experience
● Familar in at least one language, PHP or Java, familiar with CodeIgniter/Smarty.
● Familiar with MySQL/Oracle and other database development and performance optimization, understand Linux basic operation and maintenance;
● Familiar VBA/Python automation script development, experience in office automation tool development is preferred;
● Familiar with HTML/CSS/JavaScript basics and mainstream front-end frameworks (such as Vue/React);
● Good communications in English/Chinese.
● Work and learn activelty with passion.
● Better to have project management experience.
