主要职责和活动Key Accountabilities
1.支持新材料和新胶料开发，及时领用研发试验胶；在新材料和胶料的开发过程中，跟踪和调整半成品加工工艺，记录工艺参数，准备用于研发样胎的半成品部件。
Support the development of new material or compound, pick the new compound/material from Mixing in time, During extrusion, follow and tune extrusion process, record process parameters, prepare the semi-components for prototype tyres in time.
2.在新材料和新胶料投产前，确定工艺参数和配方，完成工艺评估报告, 及时将挤出过程、工艺参数和部件尺寸等信息准备成工艺报告分享给胶料组，以便于在系统中按照程序文件要求及时关闭工业化。
Responsible for process parameters setting and recipes finalization before new material and product put into normal production, finally complete extrusion reports and involve extrusion process, parameters and component profiles, in order to close industrialization from system in accordance with the requirements of procedure.
3.协助研发产品组完成产品工业化，完成新预口型、新口型板、新型辊等配套工具的订购、测试和修理，保证新用具符合研发和生产工艺要求。积极与生产计划协调，为产品组制备质量合格的半成品，包括胎面、胎侧、内衬层、胎圈。
Assist R&D Product team, finish the order of new performer /tread die/profiled roller and so on, test and repair them until fulfil the final requirement. Coordinate with the production planer and pick the approved compounds from Mixing in time, prepare the qualified semi-components for product team and support industrialization.
4.及时协调处理剩余研发试验料及返回料。
Coordinate and deal with the leftover prototype material and rework in time.
5.跟踪和解决正常生产中半成品工艺引起的质量问题。
Follow and solve semi-components quality issues in normal production .
6.统计研发过程中产生的废料数量，将报告反馈给财务部门。
Collect the R&D scrap material volume, feedback the report to Finance department.
7.参与新设备的调试，确保设备及时交付生产，包括：挤出机、内衬层压延机、敷贴机。
