主要职责和活动Key Accountabilities
1.物流项目的数据收集和技术建议; Collect logistic project data and technology proposal;
2.物流项目的实施和维保管理；Logitcs project depolarization and maintenance managment;
3.物流工程项目支持； Logistic engineering project support;
4. 定期报告项目进度，做好跨部门沟通；Report project progress and cross function communication ;
所需专业知识Professional Knowledge：
1.供应链管理、计算机应用技术、物流工程相关专业；SCM\Computer application\ Logistic engineering Knowledge
2.库存管理及交通运输相关领域的工作经验；Knowledge of warehouse and distribution
3.熟悉WMS/WCS/TMS/LES 等物流应用与部署实施的相关经验 Knowledge of WMS/WCS/TMS/LES system application express
4.良好的沟通能力，学习能力，不断跟进技术迭代和处理突发问题；Strong commuitction and self learing, follow up the thecnical upgrade and solve problem。
5.本科以上学历，技术应用及物流工程专业，英语6级以上 Graduated from university ,major in computer or logistics managment, English level CET 6 or higher( could be flexible if rich experience)
6.2年以上物流或自动化工程项目管理工作经验Have 2years experience with logistics&automative project job.
所需技能和技巧SKILLS dictionary already available：
1. 硬件：熟悉 AGV、自动化分拣系统、立体仓库等设备原理，掌握 Solidworks/CAD 等制图工具；Hardware: Familiar with the principles of AGVs, automated sorting systems, and automated warehouses; proficient in drafting tools such as Solidworks/CAD.
2. 软件：熟练使用 Python/C++/Java 等编程语言，掌握 FlexSim/MATLAB 等仿真工具，能独立完成系统建模；Software: Proficient in programming languages such as Python/C++/Java, skilled in simulation tools such as FlexSim/MATLAB, and able to independently complete system modeling;
3.语言：基本的英语交流；Basic English communication
4.系统：深入理解 WMS/WCS/TMS 等核心系统逻辑，具备二次开发或定制化改造经验。Systems: In-depth understanding of core system logic such as WMS/WCS/TMS, and experience in secondary development or customized modification.
