职责描述 Responsibilities：
负责本公司能源的综合管理工作。Responsible for the company's comprehensive energy management.
1. 负责对接总部和财务部门，做好年度能源消耗指标的制定和月度跟踪；Liaise with headquarters and the finance department to develop annual energy consumption MP and conduct monthly tracking.
2. 负责贯彻宣传国家能源相关的法规和上级部门的有关规定，修改、完善公司能源管理制度，并检查督促实施；Implement and publicize national energy-related laws and regulations, as well as relevant regulations of energy management authorities, revise and improve the company's energy management
3. 负责完成政府部门下发的各项能源数据的报送工作和通知下发等工作；Complete the submission of energy data and notifications issued by government departments.
4. 负责能源相关的内审和外审工作；Conduct energy-related internal and external audits.
5. 负责组织节能意识培训，开展节能合理化建议活动，提高员工节能意识。Organize energy-saving awareness training, develop energy-saving rationalization proposals, and raise employee awareness.
6. 负责本公司节能改造项目的评估、实施和节能效果鉴定工作；Evaluate, implement, and assess the effectiveness of the company's energy-saving renovation projects.
7. 部门布置的其他任务；Perform other tasks as assigned by department.
任职要求 Job requirements：
1. 五年以上制造行业工作经验; More than Five years of work experience in the manufacturing industry.
2. 能源管理或机电相关专业，本科及以上学历；Major in energy management or mechanical and electrical, bachelor’s degree or above.
3. 熟悉能源管理的相关标准，熟悉轮胎行业标准优先；Familiar with relevant standards of energy management, familiar with tire industry standards is preferred.
4. 熟悉制冷机、空压机、变配电系统等的原理、运行指标参数；Familiar with the principles and operating index parameters of chillers, air compressors, power distribution systems, etc.
5. 具备良好的大局观，较强的抗压能力，良好的沟通能力、协调能力，较强的责任意识；Have a good overall view, strong ability to withstand pressure, good communication skills, coordination skills, and a strong sense of responsibility;
6. 良好的英语听说读写能力，可以作为工作语言；Good English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills, can be used as a working language;
