主要职责和活动Key Accountabilities
1.半成品巡检员工作分配与协调、工作质量的监督与考核、技能的指导与培训Coordinate and distribute the jobs of the semi-finishing inspectors, supervision and check their job, train and improve the inspectors’ skill ability.
2.保持半成品工序使用的各种程序文件有效性,及时进行修订与评审Ensure the valid of the all semi-finish process documents, revise and review these documents in time
3.每天质量例会反馈问题跟踪与质量问题解决Feedback the quality problems in daily quality meeting, trace and solve these problems in time.
4.负责半成品区域内外部质量审核及不断改进Responsible for the internal and external audit, and make a good continuous improvement.
5.开展及推动半成品各项质量改进活动Carry out and promote kinds of quality improvement activities in Semi-finishing work-shop.
6.协助岗位培训师制定培训材料和对这些岗位人员进行培训Assist to the trainer make training material, and train these operators.

其他任职要求Other Requirements：
1. 本科学历以上bachelor degree or above(can be flexible if have rice experience)
2. 具备良好英语口语能力Have good spoken English skills
3. 有较强的工作责任心 strong sense of the responsibility
