主要职责和活动Key Accountabilities
1.收集市场,销售端的预测及客户的预测订单数据; Collect marking and sales forecast, sales order data;
2.根据客户及订单的供应情况制定客户的库存策略并监控可用库存的覆盖天数；prepare the safety stock with mornitor the stock coverage;
3.定期与销售和生产计划讨论评估客户产销情况； Review the forecast and sales order, to discuss with sales and production;
4. 定期发布可用库存报告，以便调节库存结构和协同生产及材料采购计划的波动；Issue the stock report , balance the stock and production;
所需专业知识（最多8项）Professional Knowledge(Max. 8)：
1.供应链管理、物流管理的相关专业；SCM\Logistic managment Knowledge
2.库存管理相关领域的工作经验；Knowledge of warehouse and distribution
3.熟悉ERP及物流系统的操作Knowledge of WMS\TMS\ERP system
4.良好的沟通能力，能够独立工作；Strong commuitction and self working
所需技能和技巧（最多8项）SKILLS (Max. 8 - dictionary already available)：
1.熟悉办公软件，熟练操作电脑；Familiar with office software and operate computer skillfully
2.较强的沟通和协调能力；Strong communication and coordination skills
3.基本的英语交流；Basic English communication
4.较高的数据分析技能；Strong data management skills
其他任职要求Other Requirements：
1.本科以上学历，物流管理等相关专业优先，英语听说读写流利Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in logistics management or related fields is preferred, fluent in English listening, speaking, reading, and writing ( could be flexible if rich experience)
2. 2年以上物流管理相关的工作经验More than 2 years of work experience in logistics management
