MAIN DUTIES :
- Study plastic part product drawing, then provide DFM feedback and estimated mold cost to product engineer during new product development period.
- Review Mold development plan and detailed mold design from suppliers, check mold design feasibility and work out mold design optimization solutions.
- Complete FAI qualification to new molded product.
- Be familiar with mold structure like die-casting mold, plastic mold.
- Understand key technical parameters affected for molding quality, like molding temperature, colding time, injection speed, etc.
- Be able to evaluate and audit mold supplier capability and work with suppliers mold engineer to resolve quality issues during product development.

REQUIREMENT:
- Bachelor degree in Mold Design, Development or similar Engineering background related.
- 5 years working experience in injection mold design & development field.

- 1~2 years working experience in Connector Manufacturing company is a Plus.
