Responsibilities
Develop and motivate the technicians in accordance with Coloplast mission, vision and values.
Assign and supervise technician’s daily work ensure the machine assembly progress goes well with the good quality, low costand deliver on time.
Evaluate the performance of technicians and promote their capacity and skills
Optimize the resource allocation. Carry out the human resource plan with the project forecast.
Supporting technicians in resolving technical issues
Coordinate with different department (ENG\PUR\PM) to ensure complete all tasks according to work plan.
Technical management of assembly processes, continuously optimizing existing assembly processes.
Responsible for safety daily management of workshop
Manage the assembly、package and measurement tools.
Update the workshop layout and coordinate the distribution of space resource.
6S and site management, keep the workshop well organized

Qualifications
College degree or above and majored in Mechanical, Electrical or related
Above 5 years related workshop management experience
Rich knowledge of machine building, either mechanical or electrical.
Solid people(blue collar) management leadership skills
High level of integrity and responsibility.
Good communication skills and can spoken and written in English.
