Job Responsibilities:
Lead and develop Best-in-Class production team at division
Lead team to achieve Key Performance Metrics for Operational Performance, including Costs, on time delivery and Quality Assurance.
Review and improve current workflow of various departments and establish standard operating policies and procedures.
Staff development through, training, coaching, and job rotations to increase competency and career development
Oversee strategic and tactical on lean manufacturing.
Ensure company abides by local laws/regulations and work closely with local authorities on various issues as necessary, including proper Customs
Other ad hoc project assigned by management
Responsible for the production process to comply with the requirements of quality management system and food safety management system.

Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelor degree or above. majors in Engineering or Management, manufacturing.
Experience:
Minimum 10-15 years related experience, gained in multinational corporations, big scale of production is preferred.
Job Knowledge:
Knowledge of production process.

Ability/Skill:
Fluent oral English
Leadership, Analytical and Strategic Competencies important
