Job Responsibilities:
1.Based on the design drawings, construction specifications (such as API, ASME, Saudi Aramco standards, etc.) and quality plans of the project, conduct full-process quality inspection on key links involved in the project, including equipment installation (such as compressors, pumps, valves), pipeline welding, steel structure construction, electrical and instrument installation.
2.Be responsible for the acceptance of incoming raw materials and components, verify documents such as material certificates and factory certificates of conformity, conduct visual inspection and sampling inspection on pipes, pipe fittings, valves, welding rods, etc., to ensure they meet the project quality standards.
3.Supervise the construction quality of key processes, focus on controlling the implementation of welding procedure qualifications, the process and result verification of non-destructive testing (UT/RT/MT/PT), pressure tests (hydrostatic/pneumatic tests), etc., record inspection data in a timely manner and issue quality inspection reports.
4.Identify quality defects and hidden dangers in construction, issue Non-Conformance Reports (NCR), put forward rectification suggestions, track the rectification process, verify the rectification effect, and ensure the closed-loop management of problems.
5.Participate in the investigation and analysis of quality accidents, assist in formulating preventive measures to avoid the recurrence of similar problems; participate in project quality regular meetings, report quality status and improvement suggestions.
6.Collate and file quality inspection records, reports and related documents to ensure the completeness, accuracy and traceability of quality documents, meeting the requirements of project acceptance and audit.
Job Requirements:
1.Education and Major: College degree or above, major in welding technology, mechanical engineering, petrochemical engineering, process equipment and control engineering is preferred.
2.Work Experience: More than 8 years of quality inspection experience in EPC projects in the oil and gas industry, familiar with the installation and acceptance standards of station equipment and process pipelines.
3.Qualification Certificates: Hold internationally recognized certificates such as CSWIP 3.1 (Welding Inspector), AWS CWI, PCN/NDT Level II (including at least UT/RT testing qualifications), and the certificates are within the validity period.
4.Professional Skills: Proficient in the key points of construction quality control in gas stations, familiar with welding processes, non-destructive testing procedures and pressure test specifications, able to independently interpret design drawings and technical documents.
5.Language Ability: Possess fluent bilingual ability in Chinese and English, which can be used as working languages for communication, preparation of quality inspection reports and review of English technical documents.
