Job Responsibility:
- Dealing with logistical things for IK office & villas
- Take photos, edit videos and write articles for project events and related external publicity works
- Booking tickets for trips within KSA
- Monitor, Supervise and Control Office boys, Janitorial/Domestic staff
- Train office boys on hygiene conditions and professionalism in the work
- Manage the car usage for Dammam office and do attendance sheets for the drivers
- Ensure tidy office, supplies and facilities within the office premises
- Monitoring and maintaining office equipment and inventory supplies; orders replacement supplies as needed
Requirement:
- Understanding of office administration principles and practices.
- Knowledge of office equipment and inventory management procedures.
- Awareness of building maintenance and repair procedures.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in office administration or a similar facility management role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
