Job Responsibilities:
1. Take full charge of the on-site piping construction work for the natural gas booster station expansion project in the petrochemical industry, meticulously plan and organize all related tasks.
2. Actively collaborate with multidisciplinary engineering teams, including process, mechanical, and electrical, to ensure seamless integration of piping design and installation in line with overall project requirements.
3. Rigorously enforce compliance of all piping systems with stringent quality control procedures and industry safety regulations, conduct regular inspections and tests.
4. Develop, monitor, and adjust the piping construction schedules to meet project milestones, while also efficiently managing budgets, controlling costs, and optimizing resource allocation.
5. Directly supervise and train the piping construction crews, assign tasks based on individual skills, and provide continuous guidance to enhance their performance.
