**Job Responsibilities**
1. **Participation and Discussion of Design Schemes**
- Communicate with the project team, design unit, etc. From the perspective of civil engineering, participate in the discussion of design schemes based on project requirements, site conditions, and local regulations, and put forward reasonable suggestions to ensure the feasibility and rationality of the schemes.
2. **Review of Construction Drawings**
- Be responsible for reviewing civil engineering construction drawings, checking their integrity, accuracy, and compliance, with a focus on key contents such as building structures. Communicate with the design team to solve problems existing in the drawings and ensure that the drawings can effectively guide the construction.
3. **Evaluation of Engineering Changes**
- Evaluate the necessity, rationality of civil engineering changes, and their impacts on the project schedule, cost, and quality. Organize relevant demonstrations and put forward approval opinions to safeguard the company's interests.
4. **Project Design Work**
- According to the design tasks and project arrangements, carry out design work such as feasibility studies, preliminary designs, construction drawings, and as-built drawings in the civil engineering specialty.
5. **Technical Support, Communication and Coordination**
- Complete technical communication, technical disclosure, acceptance, and other work during the project implementation process. Be responsible for internal and external coordination during the design process and the solution of technical problems. Collaborate with multiple internal departments, share design information, and solve problems. Communicate externally with design, construction units, and government departments, coordinate the relationships among all parties, and ensure the implementation of the design intent.
6. **Document Preparation and Report Writing**
- Prepare documents such as feasibility study reports, preliminary design reports, construction drawings, and as-built drawings, and carry out civil engineering design according to requirements. Assist in project bidding and in solving technical problems during the construction process.
### Job Requirements
1. **Educational Background**
- A bachelor's degree or above in relevant majors such as civil engineering and architectural engineering.
2. **Work Experience**
- Usually, a certain number of years of civil engineering design experience is required, such as 3 - 5 years or more. Those with design experience in specific projects in relevant industries will be given priority, such as design experience in power engineering, new energy plants, industrial buildings, or overseas projects.
3. **Professional Skills**
- Be familiar with the relevant specifications and technical essentials of steel structure and concrete structure design.
- Be proficient in using design software such as AutoCAD and Revit, and be familiar with structural mechanics analysis and calculation software such as PKPM and 3D3S.
4. **Communication Ability**
- Have good communication and expression skills and teamwork ability, and be able to effectively communicate and coordinate with internal and external relevant parties.
5. **Adaptability**
- Be able to adapt to business trips, be willing to accept short-term overseas assignments, and have cross-cultural adaptability.
