职位描述
**Job Overview**
This position is responsible for the full lifecycle design management of rotating equipment (such as pumps, compressors, fans, etc.) and static equipment (such as towers, heat exchangers, storage tanks, etc.) in oil engineering projects. Involve from the conceptual design stage of the project until the project is completed and delivered, ensuring that the equipment design meets the project requirements, safety standards, and industry specifications. At the same time, provide technical support and problem-solving solutions during the project implementation process to ensure the smooth progress of the project.
**Job Responsibilities**
### (I) Pre-design Work
1. **Participate in Project Planning**: Collaborate with the project team to formulate the overall project plan, provide feasibility suggestions from the perspective of equipment specialization, and ensure that the project plan fully considers equipment selection, layout, and future maintenance requirements.
2. **Collect Project Requirements**: Communicate with professional teams such as process, safety, and environmental protection, and collect in detail the process parameters, operating conditions, safety requirements, and other information required for equipment design to provide an accurate basis for equipment design.
3. **Prepare Equipment Design Assignment Documents**: According to project requirements, clarify the technical specifications, performance indicators, material requirements, manufacturing standards, etc. of the equipment, prepare detailed equipment design assignment documents, and conduct technical disclosure with the design unit.
### (II) Design Stage Management
1. **Rotating Equipment Design Management**
- Be responsible for the conceptual design, preliminary design, and detailed design of rotating equipment such as pumps, compressors, and fans. Review design drawings and calculation sheets to ensure that the rotating equipment design meets the process requirements, operates stably, and has reasonable energy consumption.
- Prepare inquiry documents and technical specifications for rotating equipment, participate in technical exchanges and bid evaluation with suppliers, review the technical proposals and equipment drawings provided by suppliers, confirm the technical appendices, and select equipment suppliers that meet the project requirements.
- Track the manufacturing progress of rotating equipment, coordinate and solve technical problems that occur during the manufacturing process, such as the machining accuracy of equipment components and the assembly process, to ensure that the equipment is delivered on time and with qualified quality.
2. **Static Equipment Design Management**
- Lead the design work of static equipment such as towers, heat exchangers, and storage tanks. Carry out equipment structure design, strength calculation, and selection according to process conditions, review design documents, and ensure the safe and reliable operation of static equipment under various operating conditions.
- Participate in the material selection of static equipment, consider factors such as medium corrosivity, operating temperature, and pressure to ensure that the materials meet the requirements of relevant standards and specifications, and at the same time control the material cost.
- Collaborate with the design unit to complete special analysis work such as stress analysis and fatigue calculation of static equipment, provide technical guidance and review opinions for key equipment, and ensure that the design results meet the actual engineering requirements.
3. **Design Document Review and Communication**
- Conduct a comprehensive review of equipment design documents, including drawings, technical specifications, calculation sheets, etc., to ensure that the design documents comply with national and industry standards, project contract requirements, and internal company regulations.
- Maintain close communication with the design unit, provide timely feedback on design review opinions, coordinate and solve technical problems and differences during the design process, and ensure the design progress and quality.
- Organize or participate in design review meetings, invite relevant professionals to review the equipment design proposals, collect opinions from all parties, and urge the design unit to optimize and improve.
### (III) Support during Project Implementation Stage
1. **Construction Technical Support**: During the equipment installation and construction process, provide technical guidance to the construction team and solve on-site equipment installation problems, such as foundation dimension deviation, equipment positioning adjustment, and connecting pipeline installation.
2. **Equipment Debugging and Commissioning**: Participate in the debugging and commissioning of equipment, formulate debugging plans, assist the debugging personnel in starting the equipment, adjusting operating parameters, and conducting performance tests, and promptly identify and solve faults and abnormal situations that occur during the equipment operation.
3. **Change Management**: Evaluate and review equipment design changes that occur for various reasons during the project implementation process, analyze the impact of the changes on the project schedule, cost, and quality, put forward reasonable change suggestions, and track the implementation of the changes.
### (IV) Project Closure and Experience Summary
1. **Participate in Project Acceptance**: Assist the project team in completing the completion acceptance of the equipment, inspect and evaluate the installation quality and operating performance of the equipment, review the acceptance materials, and ensure that the equipment meets the design requirements and acceptance standards.
2. **Prepare Project Summary Report**: Summarize the equipment design management work, analyze the experiences and lessons learned during the project implementation process, put forward improvement measures and suggestions, and provide a reference for subsequent projects.
3. **Maintain Equipment Files**: Collect and organize the technical documents and materials of the equipment from the design stage to the completion and delivery stage, establish a complete equipment file, and provide a basis for the maintenance, repair, and renovation of the equipment.
**Job Requirements**
### (I) Educational Background
A bachelor's degree or above in relevant majors such as mechanical engineering, petroleum engineering, chemical process machinery, etc.
### (II) Work Experience
1. Have more than 5 years of equipment design management work experience in the petroleum engineering industry and be familiar with the construction process of petroleum engineering projects.
2. Have more than 3 years of design work experience in rotating equipment or static equipment, and have the ability to independently undertake design projects for rotating equipment or static equipment.
### (III) Professional Skills
1. Be proficient in the design principles, calculation methods, and selection standards of rotating equipment (such as pumps, compressors, fans, etc.) or static equipment (such as towers, heat exchangers, storage tanks, etc.), and be familiar with the manufacturing processes and installation and debugging procedures of related equipment.
2. Be proficient in using professional design software such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, PKPM, etc., as well as Office software.
3. Be familiar with national and industry standards and specifications for equipment design, manufacturing, and installation, such as GB, API, ASME, etc.
4. Have a certain level of English reading and writing ability and be able to read and understand English technical documents and materials.
### (IV) Competencies and Qualities
1. Have strong problem-solving ability and be able to quickly analyze and solve technical problems that occur during the equipment design and implementation process in a complex project environment.
2. Have good communication and coordination skills and be able to effectively communicate and collaborate with design units, suppliers, construction teams, and internal professional departments.
