Job Title: Senior Engineer, Client Engineering, IT Infrastructure
Required Skills

Responsibilities:
· Perform all aspects of Level 2, management, administration and troubleshooting of Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM),Intune, Active Directory and Office 365.
· Assist application delivery teams with global deployment strategy, configuration and definition of guidelines.
· Drive the process automation of operational items for the team.
· Perform quality assurance of all changes before they are implemented in the production environment.
· Provide day-to-day operational support for Active Directory, Azure Entra ID, Office 365.
· Works closely with L3 Engineer and other teams on design and engineering of new solutions.
· Work closely with L3 Engineer on deliver support/ engineering which includes design, system upgrades, maintenance and enhancements, new implementations and solutions, root cause analysis and resolving performance issues.
· Performs systems administration activities including testing, general troubleshooting, patches, upgrades and performance tuning.
· Works closely with L3 Engineer on all China client engineering knowledge article
· Works closely with L3 Engineer on Ricoh MFD and papercut configuration and daily operation.
· Works closely with L3 Engineer on new application and application upgrade on software ware
· Works closely with L3 Engineer on Windows new hotfix distribution
· Works closely with L3 Engineer on China gold image new laptop and desktop
· Works closely with L3 Engineer on 21V O365 and Azure Active Directory
· Works closely with L3 Engineer on scanner and guns
· Works closely with L3 Engineer on Windows Server Update Service
· Works closely with L3 Engineer to support all local client engineering project
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science or similar field.
· Minimum of 3 years’ experience working in a support / engineering role within a high paced IT environment.
· Experience with SCCM 2012 or newer (Task sequence, Software Deployment, Patching, OS Provisioning, PXE, MDT, DCM).
· Basic knowledge of Powershell, other scripting languages and automation workflows
· Ability to serve as a level 2 support in any of the following areas:
· 1) Windows Server platform, (configuration, security, debugging crashes or poor performance. Understanding of core operating system constructs such as memory, processor and I/O);
2) Microsoft Active Directory and associated technologies (Group Policy, ADFS, Kerberos, DNS, DHCP);
3) Microsoft Distributed File System (DFS).
· Advanced performance tuning/optimization skills
· Ability to own complicated problems to conclusion and to coordinate multiple teams in fault finding processes.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills with ability to articulate requirements, concepts and ideas to business and technology partners.
· Ability to work well autonomously and be a self-starter.
· Ability to influence people outside the immediate span of control, negotiate and resolve conflicts, and work with business users, IT partners and vendors.
