职位描述

岗位职责

1.负责承担公司级展厅运营交流业务,协同相关部门完成公司级展厅体验设计及展厅规划。

Responsible for the company-level exhibition center operation and communication business, cooperate with relevant departments to complete the company-level exhibition center experience design and exhibition center planning.

2.负责公司级展厅资源体验项目,承担公司级展厅客户接待交流任务,完成重要客户来访交流的提前调研、策划及交流执行。

Responsible for the resource experience project of the company-level exhibition center, undertake the client reception and communication tasks, complete the advance research, planning and communication of VIPs' visits and exchanges.

3.负责协调接待任务所需资源,做好相关部门横向沟通。

Responsible for coordinating the resources required for reception tasks and conducting horizontal communication with relevant departments.

4.负责重要客户来访交流时的讲解工作。

Responsible for the explanation of VIPs when they visit and communicate.

5.根据工作需要,完成领导安排的其他临时性任务。

Complete other temporary tasks arranged by leaders according to work needs.

任职要求

1.本科及以上学历。

Bachelor degree or above.

2.具有双语或多语讲解能力。

Bilingual or multilingual explanation skills.

3.具有良好的文字表达、人际沟通、组织协调能力。

Good verbal expression, interpersonal communication, organization and coordination skills.

4.对展厅的高阶设计具备较好的业务前瞻性。

Good business foresight for the high-end design of the exhibition center.

5.具有重大展厅项目管理运作、高层对话沟通能力。

Have the ability of major exhibition center project management and operation, high-level dialogue and communication.
