职位描述

职位概要: Job Summary

人力资源及薪酬顾问需要为外部客户提供服务,在客户具体需求的基础上,协助高级顾问及经理,为客户提供专业的各模块服务,其中涉及薪酬福利、招聘、员工关系、人力资源咨询业务及人力资源合作伙伴业务等等。该岗位需具备良好的中英文沟通能力,能够适应和解决客户的日常业务需求。

The HR & Payroll Associate requires that the employee provides the professional service the external clients. Based on the clients’ requests, assisting Senior Associate and Manager to meet the clients’ commend covering various HR modules, incl. C&B, Recruitment, Employee Relationship, Human consulting service and HR BP service etc. The employee should possess adequate ability to communicate (in Chinese & English), and be able to resolve problems and requests raised by clients and line manager during daily work.

主要职责:(基本功能)Principal Responsibilities: (Essential Functions)

薪酬福利服务Compensation & Benefits Serivce

  • 负责客户员工的信息收集;

Collection of information relating to clients’ employees;

  • 为客户提供相关社保及公积金事宜的服务;

Provide service for social insurance and housing fund issues for the clients;

  • 负责工资报表的计算与制作,个人所得税的申报;

Payroll calculation and ensure that the employees’ IIT burden is filed within the correct tax category;

  • 负责工资的发放并准备工资条

Payment of Salary and prepare the pay slips

招聘服务 Recruitment Service

  • 与客户进行沟通,了解用人需求,辅助其撰写工作职责;

Communicate with clients, get the requests from the case manager, assists to draft JD;

  • 维护招聘网站,社交媒体,猎头等招聘渠道;

Maintain the recruitment website, social media and headhunter;

  • 与各类招聘渠道建立良好关系,建立优秀候选人的人才库;

Develop strong relationship and social media networks to support the development of a pool of qualified candidates;

  • 联系招聘渠道发布招聘广告,筛选简历,电话面试;

Contact recruitment channels to publish Ad., filter CV, conduct telephone interview;

  • 完成初级岗位的面试并出具面试报告,分析招聘数据;

Conduct junior level position interview and provide interview feedback; Run interview report base on the interview performance, analysis recruitment data;

员工关系管理 Employee Relationship Management

  • 为员工准备招聘函及劳动合同和离职通知手续;

Prepare offer letters, employment contracts and certificates of termination as required for clients;

  • 基于客户的需要,依据相关的法律法规,为客户提供专业的员工关系咨询意见;

Based on the client’s requests and related law & regulation, provide the professional solution / advise to clients about the labor issues;

人力资源相关服务Human Resource Service

  • 参与人力资源审计项目;

Participate in HR health check;

  • 提供人力资源尽职调查服务;

Provide HR due diligence service;

  • 答复客户在人力资源及薪酬方面的咨询;

Provide advisory service in Human Resource and payroll function for the clients;

  • 协助高级顾问及经理管理客户信息以及有关设立/人事/薪资方面的运作;完成有关申报和收集/提交相应资料的事宜;

Assist senior associate and manager with the management of client’s portfolio and assist in registration/ HR/payroll management of clients operations and filings or document collection/submission;

  • 协助完成客户有关工作签证、就业许可、户口、档案调转的相关办理工作;

Assist with foreign clients visas applications, permits, Hu-Kou and archives management & transfer and related procedures;

  • 协助并代表客户完成其证照更新的工作,与相关政府部门进行沟通和联络;

Assist with renewals of licenses on behalf of clients and liaise with local government;

  • 协助人事/薪资服务部从事内务,文件/会议和报告的准备工作;

Assist the HR/Payroll team in secretarial, document / meetings preparation and report preparation work;

  • 依照高级顾问和经理指示完成有关工作。

Complete the ad hoc tasks based on senior associate and managers’ instructions.

工作要求 Job Requirements

技能Skills

  • 优秀的英语口语能力和出色的人际交往能力;

Excellent oral English and strong interpersonal skills.

  • 诚实可靠、工作细致,注重团队合作精神;

Reliable and accurate; ability to work as a good team player;

  • 熟悉当地社保及公积金的政策及实际操作优先;

Familiar with the local social insurance and housing fund policy and practice is preferred;

  • 熟悉操作金蝶系统及ERP者优先考虑;

Experience in Kingdee Software and familiarity with ERP systems preferred;

  • 良好的使用办公软件的能力,包括 Excel, Word及PPT。

Excellent office software (e.g. Excel, Word, PPT) skills.

教育背景 Educational Background

  • 本科及以上学位,人力资源管理,英语,工商管理,法律或相关专业

Bachelor degree or above, major in Human Resource management, English, Business Management, Law or related.

  • 具有人力资源方面资格证者优先考虑

Possession of certificate of human resource professional preferred
